Earlier this year, the Club was proud to provide local dancer Ella Rose with $2,500 in support to help her access opportunities and experiences as she continues to pursue her passion for ballet.

Since then, Ella has competed at the World Ballet Crown National Finals in Sydney, where she trained alongside talented dancers and teachers from across the country. The experience gave Ella the opportunity to learn from different teachers, challenge herself outside her usual training environment and build the confidence, discipline and mindset needed to take her dancing to the next level.

The experience has also helped prepare Ella for her upcoming international school auditions, giving her valuable insight into what it takes to train and perform in new environments.

And there’s even more exciting news, Ella has been offered a Summer School Scholarship to the Conservatoire on the Gold Coast for 2027, giving her another incredible opportunity to continue developing her technique and learning from new teachers and dancers.

We’re incredibly proud to have played a small part in Ella’s journey and to see where her hard work, dedication and passion are taking her.
