functions1aCasino RSM can cater up to 500 guests with packages tailored to your requirements. Our menus include finger food and cocktail selections, buffet dining, and two, three or four-plus course options.

Our staff can also assist with all the finer details, such as menu, beverages, entertainment, flowers, cake, photographer, celebrant, plant and chair cover hire and decorations for your perfect reception.

Conference, Meetings & Exhibitions

functions2aCasino RSM is a multi level venue which offers a variety of rooms for your next meeting, conference or function. The Club is fully air-conditioned with in-house catering, bar facilities and friendly service.

The Club has a feature staircase and lift access. Each function room has distinguishable characteristics and hire fees, which you will find outlined below.

Mirage Showroom

Located on Level 1 with full access to lift.

Capacity of 300+. A perfect space for large weddings and celebrations, events and shows.

Full projector access with TV and audio.

$90 half day/$180 full day hire

Jupiter Function Room

Located on Level 1. Ideal for meetings for up to 50 people, this venue offers various settings, including u-shape, class room or theatre style. Tea, coffee and morning tea/afternoon tea set up is available and in-room catering can be provided. Full projector access with TV and audio.

$45 half day/$90 full day hire.

Crown Function Room

Located on Level 1 with full access to the lift. Ideal for meetings up to 30 people with a ‘u’ shape setting, otherwise 25 classroom style or 45 theatre style.

Tea, coffee and morning tea/afternoon tea set up available and in room catering can be provided.

$45 half day/$90 full day hire.

Combined Function Rooms

Located on Level 1. Jupiter & Crown Combined.

Combining our Jupiter and Crown spaces allows for an increase in capacity. A function space perfect for 80+ people. Tea, coffee and morning tea/afternoon tea set up is available and in-room catering can be provided.

Full projector access with TV and audio.

$90 half day/$180 full day hire

The Den Function Room

Located on the Ground level. Our newest function space known for it’s diversity and versatility, allowing the ability to create the atmosphere to suit any occasion.  Private and secluded, yet close to the action on the ground floor, this space is perfectly situated next to our modern cocktail bar, sure to please your guests. The Den is ideal to watch sporting events with the largest screen in town.
Tea, coffee and morning tea/afternoon tea set up available and in room catering can be provided.

$45 half day/$90 full day hire.

Peppercorne

Ideal for meetings for up to 40 people, this Ground floor room can be set in a boardroom block or for a function, five square tables of eight guests. Tea, coffee and morning tea/afternoon tea set up available and in room catering can be provided.
