By filling and submitting the below form I hereby wish to enter as a contestant in the Casino RSM Club Mr Beef competition, to be held at the Casino RSM Club on Sat 30th May, 2026.

By filling out and submitting the below form I certify that I am over the age of 18. I also acknowledge that this event may be photographed and I give my permission for my images to be used by the Casino RSM Club and/or local newspapers and websites.

By entering this competition I agree to be bound by the rules of the competition below:

• Any indecent exposure or actions that in the judges’ opinion are beyond good taste will lead to the music stopping and instant disqualification.
• No group performances.
• No audience participation.
• All cancellations MUST CALL the RSM Club before 4pm on the day of the event.
• In all matters the judge’s decision will be final. We want contestants to have fun; just don’t take it too far. Children could be in the audience.

All contestants must arrive at the Casino RSM Club in the Wundaraan Room (Auditorium) by 5pm for a run down before the event.
